Lee Meyerson is Chairman and Founding Partner of the Firm’s Financial Institutions Practice and previous Head of our global M&A Practice. He has counseled the world’s elite financial and investment firms on a broad range of transactions, including some of the largest and most complex mergers in the financial services industry.
