Jason Schendel Bio

Jason Schendel is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Silicon Valley office. Jason's practice focuses on advising public and private companies in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and debt transactions, corporate governance, SEC reporting, and general corporate matters. Jason also has extensive experience working with private funds in connection with fund formation and general fund operating matters. Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Jason was General Counsel of a privately held life sciences company. Earlier in his career, Jason practiced in the Silicon Valley offices of several major international law firms.
