Joshua Falk Bio

Joshua joined Scudder Law Firm in 2017 as an associate attorney. Joshua focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, securities reporting and compliance, securities offerings, business formation, corporate finance, and general corporate matters. Joshua received his J.D., with distinction, in 2017 from the University of Nebraska College of Law. In 2014, Joshua received his B.A. in Finance from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. While in law school, Joshua completed the business transactions program of concentrated study.
