Cody Kofoid Bio

Cody joined Scudder Law Firm in 2017 as an associate attorney. Cody focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, securities reporting and compliance, securities offerings, business formation, corporate finance, and general corporate matters. Cody received his J.D., with distinction, in 2017 from the University of Nebraska College of Law. In 2009, Cody received his M.P.A. and B.B.A., summa cum laude, in Accounting from the University of South Dakota. Prior to attending law school, Cody was an auditor for the Department of Defense. He also earned a certified public accountant certificate (currently inactive).
