Patrick Oakes is a partner in Saul Ewing’s Insurance Practice and Health Care Practice. He represents a wide array of business and individual clients with varied economic interests involved in national and international pursuits, including real estate, health care, banking and insurance matters. His experience includes advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, regulatory matters, litigation and development matters. He is actively involved in transactional and general representation of general business, insurance, reinsurance, real estate and health care industry clients.
