Thomas Brockington has been a partner in the Firm’s Corporate and Tax Section since 1986. His clients are primarily technology, life sciences, software, manufacturing and service companies of all sizes. Tom’s practice emphasizes on mergers and acquisitions, corporate, partnership and commercial finance, including private and public securities offerings, software licensing, and general corporate representation. In addition, he has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting , business acquisitions, commercial financing transactions, private and public securities offerings, and in representation of public companies in connection with securities matters.
