Victoria McGrath Bio

Victoria McGrath is a partner in the private equity transactions group of Ropes & Gray’s London office. Victoria has nearly 15 years of experience advising leading international private equity sponsors, corporate clients and management teams on a wide range of cross-border corporate and M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, minority investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate law matters. In 2019 Victoria spent 10 months on secondment to Advent International, where she acted as European legal counsel advising on investments and disposals across Europe. In 2020 Victoria was featured by Legal Week as a “Rising Star” of the private equity legal industry and in 2024 Victoria was named by Law.com as a “Rising Star” in its best up and coming female UK lawyers.
