Richard has over 20 years of experience advising clients on public and private acquisitions, joint ventures and financings in Asia and across the globe. He is well-known for advising on transactions that are large, highly complex and often politically sensitive. Richard’s clients include private equity funds, investment banks and public and private companies across various industries, including life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, industrials, and technology. Richard is dedicated to providing strategic guidance and delivering exceptional results. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, he was a partner at a Magic Circle firm and has worked in London, New York, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
