Luca Maranetto regularly represents private equity funds, their portfolio companies and corporate clients on a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity financings, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, disposals and other investment transactions. Luca also works with global and domestic clients on general corporate matters, corporate governance and strategic commercial agreements. He has advised on a number of notable deals in the Italian market across many industries, including technology, health care, infrastructure, financial services, sports and industrials.
