Amanda Holt Bio

Amanda Holt is a partner in Ropes & Gray's tax practice. She focuses on transactional tax matters, including corporate and partnership taxation. She advises private equity clients and public companies on a broad range of tax issues involved in mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, and also has extensive experience structuring private equity funds and funds of funds. In addition, she advises clients on real estate taxation issues with a particular emphasis on tax-efficient structuring of real estate investments for tax-exempt clients, including through partnerships and joint ventures.
