Shane Sanders joined Robbins LLP upon graduating law school, embracing the firm’s fight for shareholder rights and corporate accountability. Mr. Sanders is a member of the firms’ Shareholder Rights Practice Group and focuses his practice on shareholder derivative and securities class actions. He has played a major role in securing monetary recoveries and innovative governance reforms designed to improve the independence, rigor, and transparency of corporate governance at dozens of publicly traded companies. Mr. Sanders has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for his commitment and dedication to his clients.
