Matthew Perri served on the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review. Matt focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes. While in law school, Matt interned for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
