Wayne Uffleman Bio

Wayne is a Partner in Reed Smith’s Global Corporate Group and is based in the firm’s New York office. Wayne’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, venture capital, corporate governance and general corporate and commercial counseling. Wayne has represented a variety of domestic and international corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and sole proprietorships in a wide range of industries, including technology, financial and business services, entertainment and media and retail and consumer products. As part of his work, Wayne also routinely represents portfolio companies in connection with their general corporate and commercial matters.
