Stephen Mooney Bio

Stephen is a partner in the Corporate Group. He advises clients across a broad range of sectors on corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital, joint ventures and group reorganisations. Stephen has significant experience in acting for early stage and fast growth companies on their funding rounds. Stephen has particular experience in working with clients in the technology, media and entertainment, manufacturing and real estate industries. Previously he spent several months on secondment to the in-house legal team of a leading consumer products group. Stephen is "excellent at negotiating terms with potential investors" and recommended by Legal 500 UK for venture capital work.
