Sam Webster Bio

Sam is a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Group in London, focusing on M&A and Private Equity transactions. He advises corporates, financial sponsors, institutional investors and management teams on all aspects of M&A and investment transactions, both domestically and cross-border. He has led cross-office and cross-practice teams on numerous acquisitions, disposals, buyouts, add-on deals, growth equity and venture capital investments. Sam is recommended as a key individual for M&A and Private Equity by Legal 500, with the 2022 edition describing Sam as "extremely commercial", and someone who "grasps and distils complex issues quickly and efficiently".
