Bob is a member of the firm's Global Corporate Group at Reed Smith LLP, resident in the firm’s Chicago office. He currently serves as the U.S. Vice-Chair of the firm’s Global M&A Group and is Chair of the Chicago office's summer associate committee. He concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, equity financing transactions, corporate governance issues and general corporate law matters for private equity funds, their portfolio companies, independent sponsors and other public and privately-held businesses. His transaction experience spans a wide range of industries and deal sizes.
