Nina Siewert Bio

Nina Siewert advises clients on German tax law, in particular on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, group structuring and real estate investments. She has significant experience in structuring funds and debt instruments as well as in tax matters relating to distressed transactions and restructurings. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Nina was a tax partner in a major international law firm. She has also served as Counsel for two previous firms. Nina is admitted as a German attorney (Rechtsanwältin) and as a chartered tax advisor (Steuerberaterin).
