Nathan Rahmanou Bio

Nathan is a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate governance. Nathan represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other businesses in a variety of complex corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs and spin-offs, joint ventures, equity investments, recapitalizations and restructurings. He also counsels clients with respect to corporate governance, executive compensation and other general corporate matters. Nathan has negotiated transactions in a wide variety of industries, including consumer products, industrials and manufacturing, education, healthcare, energy and technology. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Nathan was a member of the private equity and general corporate practices of prominent law firms.
