Matthew Mohn Bio

Matt is co-chair of the firm’s Global Corporate Group and chair of the U.S. Corporate Group. Matt has been a partner in its Global Corporate Group since 2013. He previously served as vice chair of Reed Smith’s Business & Finance Department, U.S. vice chair of the Global Corporate Group and chair of its U.S. Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Team.
