Linn focusses on fund finance transactions for financial institutions, in particular banks, credit funds and other alternative lenders. Her practice covers advising on capital call financings, financings of general partner interests, management company financings, NAV financings and hybrid financings for a variety of fund structures – including continuation vehicles and evergreen funds. Linn also has significant experience advising private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and a broad spectrum of lenders on international acquisition and leveraged finance transactions, specifically syndicated term loan Bs, working capital lines, unitranche financings and various subordinated debt instruments.
