Janet has been a partner of Richards Butler since 2001. Janet qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1995. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and private company investments. She also acts for sponsors, global coordinators, companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and in the PRC. Janet provides advisory services to listed companies (including H Share companies and red chips) in respect of compliance with the relevant Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
