Harrison Stimson Bio

Harrison is a partner in the Global Corporate Group. He advises on a broad range of UK tax matters, with a particular focus on corporate, finance, employee incentives and real estate matters. He joined the firm in 2013. Harrison has advised on numerous cross-border M&A deals, financing transactions and EMI scheme arrangements. He also has experience of providing international tax structuring advice, particularly in the context of European real estate investment. Harrison has regular speaking engagements on structuring UK real estate investments and finance related matters.
