Erin's practices focuses on capital commitments financing (also known as "fund finance" or "subscription financing"), which involves extending debt facilities to funds secured by the capital commitments of the fund’s investors. She also has extensive real estate finance experience, including her representation of borrowers and lenders in construction loans and other real-estate secured loans involving virtually every type of property use — raw land acquisition, industrial properties, hotels, and office and retail space. In addition, Erin advises her clients on mergers and acquisitions financings across a wide range of industries, which deals typically involve complex intercreditor relationships requiring subordinated and mezzanine debt arrangements.
