Delpha Ho practice is built on over 25 years’ of experience advising on corporate and corporate finance transactions in Greater China. She has been a partner of Reed Smith Richards Butler since 1999 and specialises in private and public M&A (including reverse takeovers that are deemed new listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), corporate governance, secondary financing issues (equity, convertible and debt securities), corporate and capital reorganisations, direct investment transactions, initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and post-listing advisory work (including work on resumption proposals and Exchange disciplinary proceedings). Delpha’s client base includes Mainland Chinese state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprise controlled companies, private companies, and offshore domiciled public and private companies. This spectrum of clients, coupled with decades of experience, equips her with a full cycle understanding of the local and international market needed to navigate often complex transactions. Delpha is a recognised practitioner in leading independent legal directories - Legal 500 Asia Pacific, IFLR1000 and Chambers Asia Pacific - for corporate/M&A and capital markets work where clients have said she is "committed to clients.
