Daryl Cue is a partner in the Corporate Group. He advises clients on a range of corporate matters with particular experience in complex cross-border transactions and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, group reorganisations and commercial agreements. Daryl has particular experience in working with clients in the media & entertainment, financial services and real estate sectors. He has advised overseas clients on a number of inward investments to the UK, working regularly with the US and emerging markets. Between 2018 – 2021, Daryl was recognised as an Acritas Star, a database of stand-out lawyers spontaneously nominated by clients during independent telephone interviews.
