Daryl Cue Bio

Daryl is a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Group. His practice focuses on complex cross-border transactions and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, group reorganisations and investments. Daryl works across a broad range of sectors, including entertainment & media, financial services, energy and real estate, regularly working with US clients and emerging markets. Daryl was recognised in Law.com’s “Private Equity Rising Stars: The Best Up-and-Coming Lawyers in the UK and Europe” in 2023, listing the top 25 private equity lawyers aged under 40. He was also recognised as an Acritas Star between 2018-2021, a database of stand-out lawyers spontaneously nominated by clients during independent telephone interviews.
