She has more than 30 years of experience representing companies and underwriters in financing transactions, including initial public offerings, SEC-registered equity offerings, investment-grade debt offerings, tender offers, private placements, and venture capital financings. Danielle advises public companies on their ongoing SEC reporting requirements, disclosure issues, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and corporate governance matters. She works with companies in a variety of industries and has extensive experience with companies in the health care sector.
