Cynthia Wei qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008. She joined the firm in 2011 and specializes in corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and general commercial work. She also provides post-IPO general compliance advice to corporations. Her experience covers a wide range of industry sectors, including automobile and equipment manufacturing, energy and mining, media and entertainment, garment, retail and wholesale. Prior to joining Reed Smith Richards Butler, Cynthia worked as an associate at an established local law firm. She is committed in providing clients with professional legal services in an efficient manner. Cynthia is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
