Constantine is the lead partner at Reed Smith. He focuses his practice on complex transactions on behalf of investment funds, financial institutions, public and private corporations, sponsors, family offices, high-net-worths and other investing entities. Constantine advises on capital markets transactions, private equity deals, public and private mergers and acquisitions, venture/tech and emerging company investments, and financing transactions, across a wide range of industries and sectors. Constantine also serves as the chair for On Chain: Reed Smith's Crypto & Digital Assets Group. In this role, he advises clients on crypto investments and the unique challenges and opportunities within the digital assets space. His deep understanding of the crypto market and its regulatory landscape allows him to provide comprehensive support to clients navigating this rapidly evolving sector.
