Constantin Souris Bio

Constantin brings with him experience representing major banks as lenders and agents in syndicated and non-syndicated credit facilities in connection with secured and unsecured financings. He has drafted, negotiated and assisted in the preparation of primary and ancillary documentation, such as credit agreements, security agreements, pledge agreements and amendments, restatements, extensions and waivers thereof, for a variety of domestic and international senior and subordinate lending structures, including syndicated and non-syndicated credit agreements, refinancings, restructurings and other commercial loans. Constantin has also managed transaction closings, including coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, local counsel and other third party professionals to ensure timely closings. He has researched questions of law on a variety of issues including Revised UCC Article 9 and prepared memoranda.
