Constantin Conrads Bio

Constantin is a partner in the Global Corporate Group in Munich and was one of the founding lawyers of Reed Smith’s first continental Europe office. Constantin has more than 23 years’ experience helping businesses navigate the complexities of German and cross-border M&A transactions. In particular, he often works on acquisitions coming out of insolvency proceedings and restructurings, as well as guiding clients through general corporate matters. He also serves as a strategic advisor to boards. He typically works with international companies headquartered in the U.S., France, or the UK doing business in Germany, German companies, and international private equity investors. He has particular experience working with clients in the real estate and infrastructure, life sciences and health care, renewable energy, automotive, and manufacturing spaces. Constantin has been recognised for Corporate Law by Best Lawyers™ since 2022.
