Chris is a private equity and corporate lawyer with an international practice concentrated on structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and equity investments. He helps private equity firms, venture capital firms and business owners navigate the law around complex transactions. Chris has served as lead counsel on hundreds of M&A and investment deals over the past decade. His transactional abilities span a wide range of industries, including technology, business software and services, health care, consumer products, manufacturing, staffing and financial services. In addition, Chris serves as outside general counsel to private businesses, including many private equity-backed and venture-backed portfolio companies.
