Anthony Woo Bio

Anthony qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2003, in Hong Kong in 2006, in England and Wales in 2008 and in the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area of China in 2023. He joined the firm in 2003 and focuses on corporate finance advising (amongst others) listed companies, financial institutions as well as their respective senior management and significant shareholders. Such experience include a wide range of complex capital markets transactions including initial public offerings (H share listings, Main Board migration etc.), public and private M&A, secondary market issuances, joint ventures, private equity investments and other general commercial work. Anthony has also been advising on various regulatory investigations in connection with listed companies and individuals, involving the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, SFC and the AFRC. Anthony is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
