Anatoliy Rozental Bio

Anatoliy is a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Group. His practice focuses on private equity transactions and domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions across a broad range of sectors, including consumer brands and retail, industrials and manufacturing, technology, media and telecom (TMT), financial services, healthcare, and entertainment & media. Anatoliy was recognized as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 USA for Private equity buyouts: middle-market, 2025 and was ranked in Chambers USA for New York Corporate/M&A, 2025. He was also recognized as a 2023 "Americas Rising Star Dealmaker" by Global M&A Network, a 2022 "Emerging Leader" by The M&A Advisor, and a 2021 “Top Rising Star” in M&A and Private Equity by The Deal. Anatoliy currently serves as the Co-Hiring Partner of Reed Smith’s New York office.
