Long-term client relationships lead to more thoughtful and efficient legal counsel Sarah Ames advises multinational companies, especially German-speaking ones, and their U.S. subsidiaries on corporate, commercial, employment and immigration matters, always with an eye on practical and efficient solutions while avoiding litigation if possible. A native German speaker, she serves as outside general counsel and assists clients on a variety of business law issues, including qualifications, restructuring and corporate maintenance, general contract questions, employment matters, and visa and immigration issues. Sarah represents clients of all sizes in a wide variety of industries. Sarah understands and values the importance of building long-term relationships with clients, knowing this enables her to become a deeply informed advisor who can help the client achieve sustained growth. She is relentlessly focused on all aspects of client service, including building individual relationships within the company that may help her identify and understand future issues.
