Nathan Mathews is a business law attorney who principally represents closely held private equity and public companies on a range of matters. With clients in the manufacturing, automotive, food products and packaging, financial services and information technology industries. Nathan has a keen interest in understanding the operational realities of his clients’ businesses and develops legal solutions that are both practical and align closely with his client’s long-term business objectives. Nathan is co-chair of the firm's Privately Held Businesses team.
