Ryan Van Den Elzen focuses his practice in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, institutional investor services, venture capital, private placements, and general business law services. Ryan has extensive experience representing privately and publicly held businesses, private fund sponsors, and institutional investors in various significant transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, fund formation, investments in private funds and other alternative asset classes, and secondary market transactions. Ryan’s clients include private equity funds, family-owned and other privately held business, institutional investors, angel investors, and emerging growth companies. Ryan’s experience spans a variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing, post-secondary education and training, technology, and software as a service. Ryan helps his clients navigate through the various issues and obstacles that present themselves in complex transactions, working with the clients to assess risk and get deals done.
