Kevin King Bio

As part of his role, Kevin frequently leads multidisciplinary teams in legal, regulatory and tax, leveraging PwC’s global network to deliver for clients across all relevant jurisdictions. He has a particular focus on Banking and Capital markets and Fintech, Payments and Digital Assets. Kevin’s team forms part of the Legal 500 Tier 1-rated International Business Reorganisations team at PwC. With specialist expertise in structuring, restructuring and transfer of financial services businesses, they have delivered large scale migrations of client and counterparty agreements and transfers of business via the court process set out in Part VII of FSMA 2000 as well as other complex cross border restructurings. Prior to working at PwC, Kevin worked at a leading magic circle firm and a US-headquartered law firm ranked no. 1 for global M&A. He spent time on secondment in the Nordic region and in China.
