Timothy Gallagher, partner-in-charge of the Pittsburgh office, represents clients in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, real estate transactions, hospitality, debt and equity financings, and other transactional matters. Prior to joining Porter Wright, Tim served as vice president and general counsel for a family office specializing in investment management across various asset classes, including hotels and other real estate. Tim's business background and in-house experience enable him to provide practical and strategic advice to clients with respect to their transactional, operational and litigation matters. He regularly acts as outside general counsel for a number of clients in various industries.
