John Green Bio

John focuses his practice in health care. He advises community hospitals, management service organizations, physician hospital organizations, home health agencies, long term care facilities and physician practice corporations on compliance, formation, sale and merger, contracting, joint ventures, federal and state anti-kickback and anti-referral laws/regulations, managed care contracting, patient care, risk management and professional liability issues. Prior to joining Porter Wright, John practiced health care law in a large law firm’s Dayton, Ohio office. Previously, he was vice president and legal compliance officer at a pharmacy services company in Cincinnati, Ohio, and served as secretary, vice president and general counsel at a southwest Ohio regional healthcare system located in Dayton, Ohio.
