Amy Falcon practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on oil and gas disputes. She has represented clients in state and federal courts in Texas, Colorado, and Louisiana. Amy has litigated disputes to a successful resolution involving mineral liens, title, offshore leases, lease preservation, lease equipment ownership, operating agreements, gas transportation and purchase agreements, and construction defects. For both plaintiffs and defendants, she has also handled matters related to fiduciary obligations that include international exploration and production companies, midstream companies, operators, non-operators, financial institutions, oil and gas equipment manufacturers, and individuals. Before practicing law, Amy was an information technology project manager with Shell Oil Company.
