Lee Schindler serves as corporate counsel to high-growth technology and life science companies and the VCs and corporate venture groups that invest in such companies. Lee Schindler regularly advises clients across a range of industries and tech, including software as a service, cloud infrastructure, gaming, artificial intelligence/machine learning, data security, blockchain, fintech, e-commerce, uncrewed aerial vehicles, clean tech, healthcare, and biotechnology. He works with many companies that have emanated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, the University of Washington, or other academic or research institutions. Lee has counseled companies from their earliest stages of growth through exit events, including initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He guides emerging companies and the VC community through all critical points in the company lifecycle, including entity formation, board matters, securities law compliance, equity compensation, financings, M&A, and public offerings. He also works closely with his clients on fundraising strategy.
