Joe Bailey Bio

Joe Bailey is a firmwide co-chair of the Corporate & Securities practice. Joe represents companies through all stages of their growth, ranging from startups to large public companies. Known for delivering exceptional service and practical counsel, Joe regularly advises clients on their most significant financings and strategic transactions. Joe has broad experience on both sides of M&A deals, working with business owners and portfolio companies pursuing M&A-based liquidity events and strategic buyers implementing their acquisition strategies. He focuses his corporate finance practice on helping clients access the capital markets; raise capital through investments from venture capital, private equity, and angel investors; and negotiate debt financings with banks and other lenders. In addition to his company clients, Joe also represents investors in debt and equity financings.
