Jessica Batzell has a broad-based transactional M&A practice, advising private equity sponsors, family offices, public and private companies, founders and management teams in connection with M&A transactions in a wide range of industries, including business services and financial, industrials, beauty and consumer, healthcare and food and beverage, with a particular focus on middle market transactions. Jess also remains partnered with sponsors throughout the lifecycle of an investment; representing the portfolio companies of her sponsor clients in strategic add-on acquisitions, implementing incentive equity programs and operational execution and governance.
