Brentley Bullock focuses his practice on the representation of emerging growth companies, established public and private companies, and venture capital and private equity investors in various corporate matters and transactions. With more than three decades of experience, Brent has been involved in hundreds of strategic transactions over the years, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and angel financings, public and private debt and equity financings, equipment financings, strategic partnerships, and complex spin-outs and restructurings, totaling in the billions of dollars. He also routinely assists clients on corporate governance and securities law matters. Brent's clients include public and private companies such as Northwest Natural, Louisiana-Pacific, Omega Morgan, Eid Passport, Associated British Foods, Evergreen Packaging, Dutch Bros Coffee, Papa Murphy's, and Vetsource. He represents venture capital and private equity funds, including Endeavour Capital LLC and OVP Venture Partners, and emerging companies such as Urban Airship, Simple Finance, The Clymb, Chirpify, Vizify, Prolifiq Software, Digital Trends, and Pacific Star Communications. Brent is widely recognized as a leading practitioner in the areas of corporate and securities law, having served as chair of the Business Law Section of the Oregon State Bar.
