Barry Driscoll Bio

Experienced in advising founder- and private equity-owned businesses, Barry Driscoll has firsthand knowledge of the issues his clients face and the dynamics in which they operate. Barry O’Driscoll ‘s counsel to clients utilizes both his work in private practice and as a general counsel of a global software as a service (SaaS) company. Over the course of his more than 10-year career, Barry gained extensive transactional experience, including private and public acquisitions, private equity investments, initial public offerings, joint ventures, spinoffs, and bolt-ons. He principally advised companies with cybersecurity, privacy, information technology, and SaaS offerings. Barry’s work is informed by his experience advising companies on day-to-day operations and assisting them with legal compliance and risk management prior to corporate events such as exits and financings.
