Cullen Sinclair Bio

A partner in the Corporate Department, Cullen Sinclair is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Private Equity Group, focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. He regularly advises in the negotiation and structuring of mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, carve-outs and leveraged buyouts on behalf of a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies, private equity funds, financial institutions and other entities. Cullen was most recently recognized as a 2024 “Next Generation Partner” by The Legal 500 in private equity buyouts. He was also named a 2022 “Rising Star” by Law360, a 2022 “Up Next” dealmaker by Variety, a 2021 “Top Rising Star” by The Deal and is recognized as one of “Hollywood’s Top Dealmakers of 2022” by The Hollywood Reporter.
