Brian Lavin Bio

A partner in the Corporate Department, Brian Lavin is co-head of the firm’s Infrastructure Practice and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Private Equity Group. He regularly advises in the negotiation and structuring of mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts on behalf of a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies, private equity funds, financial institutions and other entities.
