Jessamy Gallagher Bio

Jessamy Gallagher is the Global Co-Chair of the Paul Hastings Corporate Department and is a partner in the Energy and Infrastructure practice, based in the London office. Ms. Gallagher focuses her practice on international public and private M&A in the infrastructure, energy, and real assets markets. She also has extensive experience counseling on business-critical corporate governance matters. Ms. Gallagher regularly advises a wide range of global pension, infrastructure, and fund manager clients, as well as a number of FTSE listed clients. Ms. Gallagher is a member of the Australian-United Kingdom Chamber of Commerce.
