Fang Pei Bio

Fang Pei is a corporate partner and the chair of the firm’s Hong Kong office. Ms. Pei practices in the fields of real estate investments, mergers and acquisitions, private and public company securities offerings, venture capital financings and international joint ventures. Ms. Pei is fluent in Mandarin and English. Prior to joining the firm in June 2006, she was a partner of Commerce & Finance Law Offices, a leading PRC law firm experienced in mergers and acquisitions, private and public company securities offerings, banking, project finance and property related work.
