Sam Ramos Bio

Sam represents private equity funds and public and private companies in a variety of complex corporate transactions and general corporate matters. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic investments, restructurings, recapitalizations, and reorganizations. In addition, he has represented numerous clients with respect to a wide array of corporate law matters, including corporate governance and takeover preparedness. Sam began his career at Skadden in New York.
